In 2022, Mingkun invested in a factory in the Central Taiwan Science Park, so the original new laboratory could produce all kinds of customized wafer tapes, laser debond materials, etc. in one line. With the new facilities such as a clean room and UV-resistant products area, MKT has become the leader of Taiwan's self-manufactured wafer tape and material punch. It is remarkable that within one year of the additional investment, the annual business target was reached! With the bright results, GM Roger Wang held a party at the Lin hotel in Taichung and also by holding a red packet raffle for employees to reward them.

In 2023, MKT will devote itself to the promotion of new products, including semiconductor-related products, such as laser debond materials, DAF, material punch, etc. It is believed that MKT will create more good results with the joint efforts of all employees.
